The damp morning leaves a mist of gray hanging in the air among the trees. The sleepy scene is interrupted by cars pushing their way through to start their days. The thirsty ground, browning from continuous drier days, seems erect as if awakened again. Even a mist is worthy of gratitude.  This reminds of how appreciation is relative, and the tougher times serve to grow our gratitude.

What may you be taking for granted that deserves your gratitude today?
